Rowing is a team sport that combines endurance, strength, and precision. Athletes race in boats, called shells, using oars to propel themselves through the water. Every rower works in perfect synchronization, emphasizing teamwork and rhythm over individual performance. Races vary in distance but are primarily sprint races lines up 2 - 8 boats across racing head to head from start to finish. At all regattas points are accumulated by placement in final's and points trophies are awarded to the teams with the highest total.
